Dan's "American" Tire

Moved from Florida last year. Needed to establish with a reliable auto care center. Dan's was highly recommended for their integrity, honestly and fair prices. And let me tell, they walk the walk and talk the talk with honesty, integrity and fair prices. Thank you to Chris (Manager), Steve (Owner) and the entire team of specialists that keep my car running beautifully.

We have been going to Dan's for quite some time. They are great to work with and are reasonably priced.

I unfortunately lost my vehicle on Christmas Eve. My engine completely went out And seized up on me I called them that Monday for them to service my vehicle. Thankfully I broke down as I was pulling into auto zone which is built in right beside them, They Originally quoted me $3,000- $3,500 thousand for a complete engine replacement then the next day they called me back telling me they found one for 2300+ tax and that included everything so I was so thankful for them to help me out and being super understanding They got the engine in that Friday after New Year’s and then start working on it Monday, they then called me Tuesday saying it was done only took then a day and a half to complete my engine I did have to spend an extra almost $200 for a brand new motor mount on my vehicle because it was shot and a mapping GPS sensor for the new used engine because it was bad but they couldn’t take mine off of my old engine because it was stuck which was completely okay with me? So all in total it only cost me roughly $2600. This is still super cheap for a complete Engine replacement they have been most understanding, kind and respectful people I’ve dealt with, I’ve had my few shares of not s

I dropped my daughter's car off today and Chris called a few hours later to tell me the issue and that it would need to be handled by a Jeep certified dealer if I chose to make the repair. The honesty and professionalism shown every time I take a vehicle to them is unmatched. Chris, the service manager, always takes time to explain the issue and he gives options. I would recommend this business ten times over! They are fair, honest, kind, and punctual and they are good at what they do!

Chris seemed helpful at first, I even gave a 5 star review. That was before I called back to explain, my tire they had an issue getting off, is now making noise. He snapped at me telling me it couldn’t be the tire but an alignment issue etc and acted like I was somehow bothering him b/c he wouldn’t know until he saw the tire (totally get) I apologized to him- if I was irritating him by trying to explain the situation of how and when I heard the noises this weekend ……his reply BEFORE he hung on, me was like “UGH, WHATEVER!”
